Returns

Refund if your topper or pillow is unopened:

  1. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or email customer customercare@octasmarttopper.com.au requesting a return.

  2. If your topper or pillow is unopened, Customer Service will email you a free shipping label.

  3. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box. The product must be unopened!

  4. Return your pillow or topper with the pre-paid shipping label.

  5. After your topper or pillow has been received, we'll issue the refund. This can take 7-14 business days from the date of receipt and depends on the processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider.

We love our planet so we don't want to contribute to landfill waste. In the spirit of being kind to our planet, we kindly ask that you donate or recycle your product. Depending on where you live there are places that may accept pillow and topper donations. Some may even collect them for you. Once you've arranged this, we ask that you provide Customer Care with a photo of the receipt of your donation and they'll process your refund.

If you live in an area that doesn't accept these donations, we ask that you recycle your pillow or topper. There are several options for this that our Customer Care team will gladly assist you with. After photo proof of your recycle, we'll issue your refund.

Refunds can take 7-14 business days and are subject to processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

To make an exchange, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or email customer customercare@octasmarttopper.com.au where someone will be able to suggest the best alternative model or size and explain the exchange process. Once we've received your returned item, your replacement will be sent to you.
